TOMISLAV BANOVIĆ, born in 1954 in Belo brdo, municipality of Leposavić. He is a B.Sc. Mining Engineer. He started working in 1980 in the mine „Suva Ruda“ in Raška, where in 1989 he was elected President of the trade union Municipal Council. On the proposal of regional council uniting municipalities of Kraljevo, Raška, Novi Pazar, Vrnjačka banja, Sjenica and Tutin in 1990 he was elected delegate to IX Congress of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Serbia and later member of its Council. In 1991 he got elected Secretary of the Council of Confederation of Trade Unions of Serbia and in two mandates he was its President. After elections in 2015 he became President of the Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Belgrade.
In July 2015 he was appointed Vice-President of the CATUS Council, responsible for organizational issues and implementation of CATUS Statute.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

OLIVERA BOBIĆ, born in 1959 in Niš. She is a B.A jurist. She graduated at the Faculty of Law in Niš and worked in local textile company „NITEX“ representing it in economic conflicts. Since 1994 she has been the member of the Council of Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Niš. Since 1998 she had been working in the Council of the CATU for that city where she was engaged in providing legal aid for trade union members and heading legal department. Since 2010 she had been the Secretary of the Council of CATU for the city of Niš and after the elections in 2015 she became its President.
In July 2015 she was appointed Vice-President of the Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Serbia, responsible for Youth and Women Sections and amending laws related to labour rights.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

M.A. MILAN GRUJIĆ, born in Čačak in 1952. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade where he also finished post-graduate studies. Since 1976 he had worked in the Educational Center „Zmaj“ in Zemun, City Transport company „Beograd“ and Public Utility Company ''Belgrade Waterworks and Sewage System''. He is the President of the Association of Future Share Holders of Public Utility Company ''Belgrade Waterworks and Sewage System''. He is also a member of the Steering Committee of the National Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, as well as a member of the Work Group for reassessment and analysis of strategic restructuring of the Fund. He has been President of the Trade Union of Employees in Public Utilities of Serbia in two mandates.
By the decision of CATUS President of July 2015 he was appointed CATUS Vice-President, responsible for material and social status of employees and activities of autonomous trade unions in service sector.

 

 

 

 

 

MILIĆ GORAN, born in 1962 in Niš, is a mechanical technician. He started his trade union work in shareholder's company „Megal“, where from 1998 to 2000 he was President of the Trade Union Organisation. At the same time he was elected President of trade union Metalworkers’ Committee of the municipality of Bačka Palanka and in 2000 the acting President of the Municipal Council of Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Bačka Palanka. He became its President in 2002 and was re-elected to that position in two mandates. In 2010 he got elected Secretary of the Council of Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Vojvodina (CATUV). At its Council’s session in October 2012 he was elected CATUV President.
Since 2013 he has been CATUS Vice-President and since 2015 he has been in charge of material and social status of employees and trade union activities in Vojvodina.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

POTEŽICA NJEGOŠ, was born in Prijepolje in 1955. He graduated at the Faculty of Law and passed the specialist exams. He started his career working in Priboj, in FAP truck factory and Town Assembly. During three mandates he was President of the Trade Union of Civil Servants and Employees in Justice and Social Organizations of Serbia. Since 2010 he has been President of the Civil Servants’ Union of Serbia.
In June 2010 he was elected Vice-President of the CATUS and since July 2015 he has been in charge of legal protection of trade union members, social dialogue, collective bargaining and collective agreements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zoran Vujović, born in 1955 in Užice. He is a B.A jurist. Since 1977 he had worked in Copper Mill in Sevojno as a Secretary of Steering Committee and coordinator of social activities, head of trade union’s expert team and head of Human Resources Department. In 1991 he was elected member, then President of Statutory Committee of Autonomous Metalworkers' Union of Serbia and Montenegro. In 1998 he was elected Vice-President of Autonomous Metalworkers' Union of Serbia, then in 2002 Secretary of Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Serbia, and since 2006 he has been the President of Autonomous Metalworkers' Union of Serbia. In his trade union work he attended the training for the implementation of Labour Law, Law on Strike, Law on Occupational Health and Safety, Pension and Disability Insurance Law, as well as the training for implementation of collective agreements.
In July 2015 he was appointed CATUS Vice-President, responsible for legislation and trade union activities in the industrial sector.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

VUKOVIĆ DUŠKO, was born in 1961 in Belgrade. He graduated at the Faculty of Political Sciences. He was a member of Belgrade and National Trade Union Councils of Construction Workers and Workers in Industry of Construction Materials. At the fourth Congress of that federation he was re-elected President. Since 2006 he has been a member of the Social and Economic Council of Serbia.
By the decision of CATUS President of July 2015 he was appointed Vice-President of the Confederation’s Council, responsible for information, marketing, education and cooperation with other trade union confederations and employers’ associations.
